These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LaunchKit (the "Service"). By purchasing or using our product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. What you get
LaunchKit is a done-for-you AI system delivered as access to a fully configured private workspace. Upon purchase, you receive login credentials to a pre-built environment where four AI agents — trained specifically to launch, grow, and monetize digital businesses — are live and ready to run.
Everything is already set up: the agents, the skills, the workflows, the infrastructure. You don't install anything or write a single line of code. You will need to connect your own API keys to power the AI — this is clearly documented inside your workspace. You arrive and the machine is ready to run.
2. License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LaunchKit for your own business. You may:
- Use all agents, skills, and workflows within your workspace
- Use any outputs commercially — products, copy, emails, ad creative — in your own business
- Customise the workflows and prompts to fit your brand and niche
You may not:
- Share, resell, or transfer your workspace credentials
- Reproduce or redistribute the agent configurations, prompts, or system design as your own product
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
3. Payment and pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You agree to pay the amount shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your purchase is a one-time payment — no subscription, no renewal.

5. Access delivery
Workspace credentials are delivered to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed — typically within minutes. If you haven't received access within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact help@trylaunchkit.com and we'll sort it out.
6. Intellectual property
All LaunchKit materials — agent configurations, workflows, prompts, copy, and system design — are the intellectual property of LaunchKit. Your purchase grants a license as described in Section 2; ownership of the underlying system remains with us.
7. Disclaimers
LaunchKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Revenue figures shared in marketing materials reflect real reported results — your results will depend on your effort, niche, and execution.
AI-generated content should be reviewed by a human before publication. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of any AI-generated output.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase.
9. Updates and improvements
We continuously improve the agents, skills, and workflows inside LaunchKit. As a customer, you receive all future updates to your workspace at no additional cost. This is a living system, not a static download.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your workspace access if you violate these Terms, abuse the system, or engage in behaviour that harms other users or LaunchKit.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LaunchKit operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
